Jayson has spent more than 24 years in Finance, Operations and business leadership — 12 of them within Investment banks around the world, including global leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, and a decade building and running businesses of his own. A qualified accountant (ACMA, CGMA), he most recently served as CFO and private-equity board director at a UK PropTech, InsureTech and SaaS group, leading an acquisition end-to-end, from pricing strategy and integration to fund raising and investor reporting. He founded AME Advisory to bring that boardroom experience to founders and CEOs of UK SMEs — practical, plain-spoken support that turns ambition into progress.
